Spoke with Karen they are not able to go VA. They have to stay private pay, but was able to find another company to do two hours in the morning and two hours in the afternoon. Will not be moving forward with this one.

Spoke with Karen she thought we would do two hours in the morning and two hours in the afternoon for a four hours total for the day. I let her know that our minimum per shift was four hours. She may have gotten a confused with another company they can’t afford to do Four hours in the morning and four hours in the afternoon. I mentioned possibly trying three hours in the morning and three hours in the afternoon, but that is out of their budget they are still trying to go through tri care . she had mentioned that other companies does not take that I told her if that’s associated with the VA she needs to reach out with her PCP and get pre-authorization and we can work with her if that’s what she’s wanting to do. Spoke with Karen daughter to Mary. Mary has TRICARE through the VA. She is a survivor of a vet. She has a doctors appointment at the CDAVA on Monday 7–29. Would like a call later that afternoon to go over more options whether it be a VA or a private pay, she lives with grandson. Will follow up.
