Initial Call. Called and spoke to the wife went over demographics and documents needed for ARCH application, Through out the call she decided she would like to also apply. They have been in contact with a Josh from Mercy and have most of the documents just waiting on 1 or 2 in the mail and then they will need a document pick up as Richard is blind and the wife previously broke her hip and femur so transporting is not possible for them at this time. DOCUMENTS NEEDED FOR ARCH APPLICATION: SSI, INSURANCE, BANK, CASHAPP, PAYPAL, CLOSED BANK *2, DEED, VEHICLE, SOLD VEHICLE, LIFE. All are needed for both and sent a text with all needed information and she is going to keep in touch and give me a call when everything is there and ready to be picked up.
