I have spoken with her twice and due to her English not being very good (she is from Germany) it has made communication over the phone difficult to explain. I do not want to give up on her just yet, as she does understand "home care" and that "she needs help". I am unsure of your availability, but if it was at all possible for her to receive another visit from you or someone available in her area (Harrison), to collect the supporting documents, I would appreciate it. I attempted multiple ways to explain what a bank statement is, and she finally gave up and asked if I could just come see her. I told her I was available in her area, but would reach out to the team and see what we could figure out for her. Thank you so much and please let me know how I could make this smoother.
