after getting with andrea, it was decided we were able to move forward, worked with andrea and Mendie to get the soc completed in a group text.
reached out to Andrea to see if we got an answer on if we as an agency will provide for 18yr old on FR medicaid
Had a phone call, texts about being able to provde care got the green light yes then andrea reached back out to me and said hold off there is something that mendie and clint found out maybe the reason we can't. Ill follow back up if i dont hear anything from them.
I called denise again to give an update on Adrianna. She didnt answer. LVM. I also was given SS# 676-12-1486 on the face sheet.

called Kerry after emailing him the medicaid codes that i was looking at and then texted him the medicaid number and dob to bring up what i was looking at. its not a code that I am used to seeing but what I do see it appears to be a full range.
Met with CM about Adrianna she is needing caregivers at home, mom works. Ran eligibility Medicaid # 2908556201, DOB 07./13/2006. 61-SOCH SOBRA Child when looking into it, it appears to be a FR medcaid. I wil confirm with GR in the morning then call family and CM for follow up.
