Received a call from Debbie. She spoke with the rn at COL. She is in 10%PPS and has about 72hrs left. She will not be needing our services. She will not be coming back.

went by and saw Betty, and she doesnt think she needs help, spoke with debbie and she agreed that betty will never agree to it, but her brother is taking over her finances and might be able to get him to sign her up on services if she doesn't get any better.

Spoke with Debbie today and she asked me to put Betty on mu list. she really needs med management.
