Spoke to Rob. He said his mom is immobile after arm surgery and needs some temporary help. He wants to take it week by week. I told him our minimums 4hr shift/12hr week and it sounded like more than he wanted to do at first, but he said she really needs someone to come in a few times to bathe. When I told him it's pretty typical industry wide to have a 12 hour minimum, but if he wants to shop around please be sure to ask if they are a 1099 or W2 company he asked me if he wanted to go ahead and set it up how fast we could start care. I explained the assessment and going from there--he would like an assessment with Stephanie tomorrow at noon at his moms house. He is free to telephone in if his mom wants him but he said she wouldn't necessarily need it.

They are looking for care because she had surgery on her elbow cannot bath she recently fell so her son needs someone to help her while recovering.
