Texted Shannon information on 6/30. She let me know she has a conference call set up with the family on 7/1 at 10 AM.

Spoke to John and Karen about John's sister Cathy. Cathy is having arm surgery on 7/3 and they are hoping to set up care for her beginning 7/4. John and Karen live in NH and want to get things rolling ASAP. Cathy has a husband in the home with early-stage alzheimers and he cannot be Cathy's caretaker. I spoke to them about our 4-hour minimum and they felt that is perfect for their needs and could use help 4 hours a day for a week or two of care until Cathy can move independently better again.
