Spoke with DIL today, she said they have been really busy and trying to read over everything. She was concerned because the Client rights and responsibilities say something about the client not smoking. I told her to just mark a line thru that and initial it as there is no way he will not smoke, we will be sure to get a caregiver that smoke does not bother. She said she will get papers to me ASAP.

They currently have Right at Home providing care but want to change to us. I met with Client and DIL. They want 20hrs/wk. 4hrs/day 5days/wk even on Holidays, they do not care if they have to pay OT. I quoted them $31/hr. Client is also a Veteran, I told them we could help get some coverage from the VA but I would probably need a copy of his DD214. DIL kept the CSA, for her husband to sign, she is supposed to email it to me with the POA, and DD214.
