Followed up with Cathy to let her know we still haven’t received the order but they are working on it.

Spoke to VA CC office in Hot Springs. They stated that the order was showing that it’s ready. Can’t tell if it is sent or not. Followed up with Tawnya in our VA dept and we have not received anything yet.

Spoke to Cathy. She said VA clinic sent order. Having Tawnya check on it now.

Cathy stated she will call the VA PCP and let them know they’re ready to switch companies to us. Will be watching for order.

Received call from Cathy cg. She is needing help with Colbert. He had a stroke and is unable to do a lot of things for himself now. He was getting 10 hrs per week through VA with another agency but said they haven’t shown up or called and can’t keep the schedule. Andrea at Elite recommended us and gave her my number.
