Received hot transfer from a place for mom. David says his wife has severe dementia and it has gotten to a point where he desperately needs some help. He states that he has LTC insurance that covers home care. He is new to what we can provide so I spoke to him about some basics and he would like to speak with someone about the possibility of starting in home care services.
