INCOMING TEXT: JC Received a text back stating he will "not qualify" when I inquired he stated " My insurance plan is pretty clear about what I can get and what I can't". JC explained it is a Medicaid program, if he qualifies for Medicaid he would most likely qualify for ARC. JC explained the benefits of the program. We have texted back and fourth consistently for 45 minutes.
