MMIS: NO MATCH FOUND AS OF CURRENT STATUS. Called and spoke with the daughter and husband went over demographics and documents needed for arch application. She is currently in rehab and will be coming home soon. DOCUMENTS NEEDED FOR ARCH APPLICATION: SSI, insurance, bank, closed bank, lease, vehicle, marriage. CALL BACK SET
