Call with Keagan to see if they are wanting to continue services and I called GP and left a VM. CC
got with casey, she had already emailed me the csa last week but needed to finish it up. she agreed needing someone 2 days at 2hrs for 35 an hour. we will need to start 8/5. Uoloaded in revver, sent out email, put in wellsky.
Casey called me and said she doesnt know when therapy will be out she will do 5 days a week. 4 hrs a day 2 in the morngin 2 in the afternoon. She asked that she try it for a week and if she like it then she would set it up. I told her it would be doable. i told her i would need to get with my team and see if I could find out if we have a caregiver that can do 2 hrs in the morning. I did tell her that it might not be at the right time but I would do my best. She said anytime from like 8a-11 for 2 hrs then 1-4, Just anytime before 4pm. I then asked if she was still in nwa she said yes. i told her if i could get this done i would come see her tomorrow and get her finished up even before she left. she agreed
I texted the dtr Casey to make sure she didn receive the servcies agreement that I emailed to at casenstamps@gmail.com.
I called Gabby at Encompass to give her an update on speaking with the dtr, sent csa and is looking for care 8/5
Called and spoke with Casey about our services. I sent over the csa for her to take a look, looking to start August 5th.
Met with KB about Dianna being a pp. she said that she gave the family my information they said they would call me next week. I went by Dianna's room and she was bin therapy. I will wait till next week then call family.
