Shannon- Debra would like for you to give her a call on Tuesday to try to schedule a sofa meeting with her mother after the family talks this weekend.
Spoke to Deborah about her mother. She states her mother is extremely independent and does not believe that she needs any help, however, she definitely is having some memory gaps and needs assistance. Donna’s children live in Southeast Oklahoma and California and therefore it is difficult for them to help. She does not want to relocate. They plan to speak with her this week and let her know if she will not do in-home care that they will be moving her to assisted-living. Deborah has POA. They anticipate she would need about 12 hours of care week. They would like to discuss applying for veterans benefits, as well as private pay options.
