ARC DOCS CALL: MM s/w Patricia, she said she has been really sick and hasn't mailed it yet, she stated she would have her husband work on getting it sent out. MM informed her that BH has a f/u on 09-27-2024 w/ DHS and so that gives her time to get it sent, Patricia also mentioned she would have her Sept statement by then and if so she would mail them together. MM will f/u next week on: 09-25-2024.
Trish and husband say they'll send all docs tomorrow. Aug bank not available until next week.
ARC DOCS CALL: 2ND ATC: MM s/w prospect: she is going to be mailing the docs: June/July bank, SSN's, medical cards to MM @ Harber office. MM explained the processing time of 30-90 days. Prospect said she would get all those details in the mail as soon as she could, they are currently w/out electricity.
