Got Elizabeth on the phone to check on documents, she had a few of them but was needed me to explain again why we needed them. Explained it all to her and got her on the phone with Kerry.
Received call from Samantha - Landmark, with Elizabeth on the line. She is going to work on getting her SSI letter, bank statements, copy of life insurance, and lease. Calling back next week and going to send to Kerry then to finish screening.
