ARC CALL: MM ATC CG-TAMI (501-472-2768): s/w Tami, she stated that unfortunately if all the supporting documents are needed then Evelyn doesn't have the capabilities of collecting all the documents. Tami said she would do her best to get what is needed. MM will text the list of docs as well Evelyn wants to Tami to be her paid CG. Tami informed MM that she recently was let go from a job due to defending herself by keeping a special needs adult client from punching her in the face. She stated she is worried that she may have something against her to work with elderly as her former boss told her she would be on a registry for 1 year. MM let Tami know I would provide her w/Conway's office # so that way she could speak with the hiring manager to see if a background check could be made in advance, b/c if she doesn't pass then Evelyn doesn't want to proceed. Tami was thankful for our assistance.
09-18-2024: NR: Called and spoke to Evelyn and she is wanting to reapply sent a text with needed documents for ARCH application.
ARC CALL: MM unable to reach, LVM. MM ATC CG-Tami (501-472-2768): s/w Tami & she stated that last year Evelyn made too much money and so she lost her benefits through MDCD. MM informed the state cap limit has raised to $2800 a month. Tami said when she is w/Evelyn tomorrow she will offer her the idea to start the process over. Tami is wanting to be a paid CG-Family combo. MM will f/u next week on 09-10-2024.
