Client is actually needing home health. She’s need bandages changed for wound care
Spoke with Laura daughter to Mr. Hammond she is flying in this weekend to find out what’s going on. It looks like he may just need bandages changed in the area on his lower back. He cannot reach. She’s not for sure if it’s considered an open wound she’s going to follow up with me. I mentioned it might be home health. We don’t open wound care, but if he needs in-home assistance with his active daily living that we can work with her on that she is going to get out to the house and find out what’s going on and we are going to touch base together on Monday Monday.
