went by to see Gene. he took a terrible fall, hit his head. Debbie thought he might need some services. He said that he didnt right now.

7/10/24- went to see Gene, he tool a pretty bad fall, wanted to see if he needed nay services. he declined at this time due to him being able to care for himself at this time.
