PREVIOUS CALL ON 07-01-2024 "MMIS: NO MATCH FOUND AS OF CURRENT STATUS. Called and spoke to Gloria she was aggressive and after went went over all demographics and documents for ARCH I was explaining the documents we needed for her to apply and once we got to the life insurance policy she said scratch the application as she was not going to be sharing such personal information with the state, as that was her business. I tried to explain it would not effect her life insurance policy at all and went over with her that as long as it had no cash value she could still be approved and nothing would be messed up she declined. DOCUMENTS NEEDED FOR ARCH APPLICATION: Insurance, bank, lease, vehicle, life. NO CALL BACK SET AS OF CURRENT STATUS."
