Harlan called me back and said right now they dont need anything but could change in a few months. He said he would call if he needed anything.

I called to s/w Harlan and Phoebe to see if they decided that they needed help. He didn't answer, lvm.

at 10am I met with Harlan and Phoebe about pp and floor care. they are looking at showers program and laundry. They need to talk abut it and will let me know.

7/10/24- called Harlan to see if I could come see him and Phoebe about services. He asked if I could come tomorrow at 10am. I agreed

When speaking with Debbie she told me that Harlan and Phoebe are needing care. I called to speak with them. Phoebe answered, Harlan wasn't there. I asked if I could come by and see them tomorrow while I was there to set up some services that they may need. I had a message to call, she asked for me to call after 9:30 tomorrow and then come by. they will be ready
