MMIS: NO MATCH FOUND AS OF CURRENT STATUS. Called spoke with the daughter and Howard went over demographics and documents for ARCH application. DOCUMENTS NEEDED FOR ARCH APPLICATION: SSI, insurance, bank, closed bank, lease, vehicle, life. CALL BACK SET
