MMIS: MEMBER IS INACTIVE AS OF CURRENT STATUS. CC transferred her over to me to discuss ARCH options and go over the income limit spoke with her on the phone and she is going to discuss the option with her children as she would have to alter her life insurance to pre pay burial or irrevocable and she isn't she she wants to do that she said she probably will not be going through with ARCH. DOCUMENTS NEEDED FOR ARCH APPLICATION: SSI, insurance, bank, lease, vehicle, sold home, life, and marriage certificate. NO CALL BACK SET AT THIS TIME.
