ARC CALL: MM s/w prospect: he stated that he was told earlier this year he had MDCD coverage then it was canceled after 2 months, MM checked MMIS and it was a 48-QMB. MM encouraged prospect to reach out to DHS and see what he could do to get his LB MDCD back and then collect his DX statements and reach back out to MM. Prospect to contact details of MM down and will reach out once he figures out the DHS issue.

Met James and discussed ARChoices process. He has an acceptance and denial letter from SSI stating that he first was approved for Medicaid and then declined. No other letters and he said the lady at the DHS office couldn’t tell him why or what happened. Will get with GR to help get him on the right path to get help.
