I called Jan and confirmed it was okay that I come about 1:30 to come get her taken care of. she didnt answer. wasn't able to lvm. will go by and see her after i am done with someone else.
received a message about Jan calling the desk 3 times today for help. I called jan and she said that she didnt. she needed help with a few lil things didnt know concordia couldnt help. I told her no but i could she declined due to having to pay.
7/10/24-I went by to see Jan, had received a text from Traci that Jan may need more services, she is unable to call the front desk and ask for things moving forward. when I went to her building and the elevator opened, I wasn't able to go onto her floor due to carpet being laid down. There had sticky gray glue down and asked me to come back. i asked if they would be done by tomorrow He said yes. I let debbie know.
went out and did csa, collected deposit and sent it over to the team so we could provide care.
