Called and spoke to Jeanette went over demographics and documents needed for arch application. She is currently in Heart failure, kidney failure, COPD, diabetes, and Lymphoedema. DOCUMENTS NEEDED FOR ARCH APPLICATION: INSURANCE, LEASE, VEHICLE, AND SOLD PROPERTY, MARRIGE.
