I called Mrs. Harris to check on Keenan. No one answered., lvm

I called and spoke with Mrs. Harris. She said that he is in the hospital right now. He is doing pretty bad at this time and may go to Hospice. She doesnt know yet. we talked about pay sources. It will be PP. She asked me to call her back next week and she will know more then.

I called to speak with Mrs. Harris to see if they needed caregivers. No one answered, LVM.

Spoken to Mrs. Harris a couple of times. She is struggling getting Keenan settled back at home, but wants to Keep communication open with me for another week or 2 to see if she is going to need us.

Wife Angelina called after receiving my info from Encompass. She stated that her husband is going to need more care than she can provide and is needing services when he is discharged. Told her I’d get with CM and see what the plans are and call her back.
