Spoke to Joyce and she sternly said she did not want to speak to anyone yet, she just wanted information emailed from caring.com. I asked if I could help her with any questions and she said no thank you and hung up.
Joyce Price is assisting in the search for Joyce and James Price, age 89/83. They are looking for in-home care to start around November. Joyce and James needs help with cooking and cleaning, but not with taking medications. They understand that they will likely need medical assistance from home health to cover medical needs like medication management and physical therapy and will need home care to cover personal care needs and homemaking services. The family has been advised that they will need to continue to monitor medications, that all care offered is non medical, and that they will need to pay privately for services, out of pocket and/or with a long term care policy.
