Received referral call from Josie F. Spoke to Lana Brown, DIL. She stated her MIL was being discharged from Encomoass Rehab in Sherwood and would need 24/7 care for about a week until she got some strength back. She stated she would call me when they arrived home from rehab and would like me to come sign them up to start this afternoon.
