ARC DOCS CALL: MM ATC SON-BILL: s/w him about the bank statements needed: July/Aug. Bill informed me that his mom said she wanted to stay in her home and not move back to Bill's home. Bill went on to state that he passed MM's contact details to his stepdad and stepbrother to contact about continuing the process. Dwight-husband, has a savings account w/around $20,000 and he is looking to do renovations to the home to make it safer for Judy. Bill said at this time & until Dwight decides what he wants to do HH needs to put this on hold. MM will put in SPEND DOWN category until further notice.

MM then asked Bill to send NR July 2024 bank statement. MM then verified details needed of Judy's husband. Bill will be working on getting the demos of Dwight Thomas. MM will follow up w/NR on assisting while MM is out of the office.
