No answer 4321. Cindy says Kathryn reeaaalllly likes Home Instead and is doubtful she will change to HH. She's working with lawyers on burial policy for possible spend down.
Spoke to Carolyn and she wants me to call Cindy the other daughter. Kathryn is totally blind and is currently in Encompass and will be discharging home friday. She has an insurance policy and they just took away the VA Aid and Attendance due to her Social Security income being too much to qualify. They are wanting to apply for ARCH and I let them know that they need to convert the policy over to a prepaid burial policy. CC
