ARC DOCS: MM s/w Jerry Case: informed that we need: daily balances for each month, copies of medical cards (currently waiting for new ones to come in the mail, but Jerry will send the numbers) & vehicle registration (vehicle doesn't run, bad motor). MM wll inform BH of the docs coming in before end of the month.
ARC DOCS EMAIL: MM SENT TO: BH: AL, Vehicle, Lease & bank. Asked BH to review and make sure everything is there to submit. Demo's sheet for prospect is in binder.

Have not received any documents for Larry. Called and spoke to Jerry and he hasn't been able to get any documents to help Larry and he is to busy and is going to try and get the documents for the application. Larry is currently in rehab at this time. Informed him to reach back out to us when he has the documents for the application.
Jerry called and he isn't sure on what he can gather any of the documents. Resent the documents needed for ARCH application.
