Multiple calls and text as the caregiver did not show up and then I worked with the office and we got someone out there and then when I talked to Scott again he was still angry and said these issues are not execptable and he will only give us one more chance to get this right. I have worked diligently throughout the day to ensure that these issues are resolved with our team and communicated with Scott also. CC
Text with Daughter and she thinks they are about to send him home and I let the schedulers know to call the dtr. CC
Call with Dtr. and he fell going to the bathroom, the CG Diane had a gait belt on him and his knees gave out and he fell back against her and slid down her and he cut his elbow and was complaining about his hip hurting when the fire department and the EMS got there so they took him to Baptist Hospital. CC
Call with Family and there was an issue with the first caregiver being able to help him transfer and our entire team is working on getting this resolved and sending out stronger, more experienced caregivers and the family is requesting male caregivers and we are working on that. CC
Call with dtr. To see if they have a discharge date. The appeal is still in review. So they have until noon tomorrow. C C.
