Got a call from Cynthia from Area Agency in regards to Linda and she informed me that she is handling her case and not to proceed and leave it alone. I informed JW and will be putting this prospect as declined not ready.
Called spoke with Linda and went over demographics and documents needed for arch application. She hasn't heard back from DHS about the current app going through AAA I told her to reach out to DHS and see where her application is in the process and to keep up with communication through DHS. I told her we could apply her with the needed documents to make it a easier and smoother transition to help get her care sooner.
Went to Linda's apartment, she has a phone but just now is learning how to use it. She did have help with AAA on reapplying for Medicaid. Got kerry on phone, he will assist with application if needed and will be keeping on eye on status.
