went by 48th street to scan in documents, sent email then went by Lois house to also drop off some papers that she gave debbie for her meds to make sure they were accurate when taking them. We started care for Lois. signed her up fpr showers and laundry

received a text from the team that we started services at 10am agreeing on showers on Monday and Thursday at 10am. I updated in task.

Debbie came to me about calling the son scott t see what services they may need. He said showers and laundry for sure, they may need more after they figure it out. He said for me to get with his mother, she can sign and do the money with me. I thanked scott forhis time and told him i would be over there between 10am-11am tomorrow. I told him I would also call Lois to let her know as well.
