Called and spoke with Orpha tried to go over demographics and documents for ARCH prior to the questions being asked I let her know who I was and the company as well as what I was calling for, I informed her some of the questions were personal and she said that it was fine. Started going over demographics and documents for ARCH when I got to question #4 she told me it was non of my business and hung up on me.
