Prospects daughter Stacia came by Conway office while I was there, claims someone came out there Friday when she was not there and gave Patricia an important paper that she lost. Checked with Heather and Megan Martin to make sure it wasn't us or Optum. She is fixing to start with Elite HH, told her she might need to check with them, it could have been a nurse there to do SOC.
