hy Care is Needed: Patricia is looking for in-home care for herself, who has multiple health issues. Patricia needs help with activities of daily living, primarily with companion care, transportation, errands/shopping, monitoring her mobility, and transferring - as a standby assistance. Please contact Patricia to discuss the specifics regarding the care services and the scheduling and review your rates and services. Services will be paid using private funds. Thank you. Home Situation: Home (with spouse/partner) She is on physical therapy. Health Concerns: lymphedema and can barely walk, type 2 diabetes, kidney disease, congestive heart failure, thyroid problems, she uses a walker and a cane, she is a fall risk Additional Services Needed: Tuesday and Thursday at 10 am will be her physical therapy for her Lymphedema.
