Inactive MMIS (6451253001) since at least 7/29/23. Patricia said she's not ready for ARC yet, needs to ask someone a question first, wasn't able to understand who she meant before she asked me to call her back at a later time.
Got this lead from caring.com. She is already in wellsky. She said her health has rapidly declined since the passing of her daughter and she is more serious about gathering documentation for medicaid/ARC app. Needs help applying and remembering where to send information.
