10/8/24- Saw Phil yesterday and he is doing okay. Kinda got a cold started. Doesn't need any services. I did let Debbie know that he want well. She went to go see him, looking to get the house dr to go see them.

Saw Phillip today, he has an injured leg and not getting around so good. asked how he was doing he said eh not well enough. He declined any services for right now but said he may be calling if he needs us.
