spoke with Randall and i go today at 2pm to sign csa agreement. waiving what him and haden agreed up on 2 hrs 40 an hour. pays upfront.

I've had multiple conversations with him and adding Haden into it for the last few weeks. he didnt like our agreement. Got haden to agree nd waive all the things that he wanted. Randall hd to think about it due to him looking for another gency that was bending over backwards to help him. he stated we were not. he said the csa was a one sided and it only protected the company and the client zero. i called him today to see how he was doing and what he decided. i didnt naswer I lvm for him to call me.

spoke w/ randall and he doesnt think he will be moving forward due to our csa. reached otu to haden and also sent him some text that i got on why he didnt like the csa. he said he would call me tomorrow

heard back from Randall. His onboarding for Spero clinic is 8/12/24. His treatments starts on 9/5/24. He will be arriving in NWA 8/27, He will reach out to me after next Monday to get a plan for when he arrives for his caregiving needs.

Randall reached out to me letting me know that he is looking to get with me at the end of the week after he does his onboarding with spero clinic to get a plan for when he comes to NWA for treatment. I told him I would be ready when he is.

Randall reached out to put everything on hold right now due to his surgery that he has to have on his mouth and looking now to come at the end of the month in August. I responded back to let him know I am here to help when he comes to nwa.

Randall texted me on friday to tell me he had to reschedule our meeting because the clinic rescheduled his onboarding. We rescheduled for Tuesday @4:30pm. I let Mirasha know as well.

Did a sofa visit over the phone with randall about our servcies. He is coming to NWA for medical treatment for the next 4 months. He has been a navy seal and then when he got out he worked for walmart in real estate untii he retired in 2008 then lived in mexico for 5 years. he eats very healthy, he will get a list for groceries. He does prefer a female. he is sensitive to noise. He will need care the day he arrives. I sent over the csa to him and we will meet again this friday at 4:30pm.

Randall Brown called today to reschedule for tomorrow at 4pm. I agreed.

MULTIPLE CALLS- Haden VIP- Haden called me to let me know that he has someone going received a call from Marisha about a gentleman that is coming to stay in one of her air bnb is coming for some medical treatment and she does do concierge services but he is needing a little more than that. She went over everything he will need, its everything that we do. She said she will pass along my number. Randall Brown called me and said he does much better in the afternoon if he could set an appt about 4pm with me tomorrow. I agreed. he is coming to NWA on august 7th and will need care to start that day as soon as he gets in. I agreed.
