Spoke with Randi she doesn’t understand why we have to wait for authorizations if she already has an A&E waiver I told her we just need to get authorization through Medicaid to move forward and as soon as we get it, we will definitely get her started

Spoke with Randy she was referred to us from Andrea Radford a case manager at psychotherapist Associates who believes she got our number from ability. I have a potential assessment scheduled for August 5 at 11 AM. Will be confirming tomorrow. Randy was busy trying to get out the door will follow up. She does have her A&D waiver
