Called and spoke to the wife and Reginald has passed away
Karen Morris called this morning asking if we offered speech therapy I wasn't sure asked her to let me ask some co workers and I or them would get back to her. Spoke with SB and will be referring them to EHH. Called Karen back and spoke with her informed her of who would offer speech therapy and she is going to call and speak with someone who can help.
MMIS: NO MATCH FOUND AS OF CURRENT STATUS. Called and spoke to the wife POA and she is working on deciding whether she wants to spend down the $12000 or not she will call back in a few days with a answer.
