Met with Richard, went over paperwork and a care plan, obtained signatures so we can schedule his care.

Called and left Richard another VM Letting him know I would stop by today and visit with him.

Left a VM for Richard letting him know I will be in Idaho Falls tomorrow to see if I can meet with him.
