OPTUM Email: JC sent to Megan, Kerry, Clint, M. Kate: Good Afternoon All! I reached out to Richard Warfield today and spoke to his daughter. His daughter stated he had an Optum assessment June 25th for 618. She states they were approved and is using Care Link for the CG. The Daughter states they wanted to change to Home Helpers for his CG and stated she signed a CSA a couple of weeks ago. She is eager to change to us for services. Have we received an auth back yet? The Optum assessment they have scheduled for July 31st is for ARC. Please advise where we are at and if I need to do anything.
