Met with Rosa and her daughter Alicia, went over paperwork, and obtained signatures so we can schedule her care.

Called and left Rosa a VM letting her know I would be in IF and would stop by and meet with her .

Spoke with Hailey who has been trying to get Rosa set up on service for awhile but not having any luck. I am working on Mellisa to see what we need to do.
