Call from CS- sofa cancelled. Sharol couldn't remember making the appt last week and wouldn't be home- situation changed from our conversation last week and she now says she needs 24/7 care and cannot afford and is looking into ALF
LVM and sent text to confirm sofa visit at 3pm today.
Sharol would like a sofa visit 8/19 at 3 PM. She said she has dr's appointments this week and cannot do it sooner.
Spoke to Sharol. She thinks she needs 12 hours of help starting out but after that she thinks she will not want or be able to afford that much care. But she says shes been gone for so long that she needs some help getting back on her feet.
