This lead was inactive because they were not interested. I received another email from a place for mom and requested credit from the duplicate lead. Contacted Jim again in case he changed his mind but the voicemail is full. Continue to follow up.
Jim stated that they are only one in one hour shifts for sure now and he will let us know if that changes but as of now doesn’t want us to follow up.
Jim said she’s with Ancora hospice. Needs total care. Bed bound. CNAs from hospice help but needs more. She weighs 200lbs. Only need one hours.
