Shannon- Sheila would like you to text her to set up a sofa. She initially said "next week" but I would maybe try by the end of the week. She will sometimes answer the phone but she ends up disconnected and I'm not sure why she doesn't want the phone, but she is a good texter, and she said back in April that this summer she wanted to sit down with someone face to face. She no longer needs care post surgery- already had it and she wasn't as worse off as she thought she might be-- but said that she is still open to discussing what her options are.
Called Sheila, She did not speak after she picked up. She prefers text and has texted me numerous times, but has mentioned a couple times about wanting to see someone face to face to talk about care, so I texted her offering her that again. She wants Shannon to text her "next week" to try to set something up.
This is a lead from 8/3/23. I Touched base in 4/25 and she was getting ready to have surgery this summer and wanted to know about care. Asked to check in June.
