met with Ashley Vonn the dtr to sign shirley up with services today. did a prorate for july then go her set up moving forward. She wants to start monday 7/22/24

ashley called and wants to sit down tomorrow at 1pm to sign mrs hogg up. i told her i would be availble to do that

Ashley called me today to ask me a few more questions about our services. she said that she will be getting back with her brother but very interested on getting meals set up.

7/10/24- met with ashley vann along with debbie. she agreed with us on the meal delivery so we are at least putting eyes on her. She said that she would need to speak with her brother about this then get back with me.

Received a message from SB that Ashley Vann called needing care for her mom. She lives at Concordia. I called Ashley Vann 479-616-2824 to see how I can help. I asked who her mom was Its Shirley and I told her I know who her mom is, very pleasant and I see her a couple times out of the week. She is looking to meet on Wednesday at 2pm to set up services of some kind for her mom. I followed up with Debbie to let her know as well.
